Riesling - grown on the Jones' Ranch in the mid valley
planted by Steve in 1996
grafted over in  2002 from vines that were originally Cabernet Sauvignon
after finding out that the climate in this area wasn't warm enough for the CS
5C rootstock, Unknown clone / Vertical Trellis
Riesling co-winemaker with Christopher Vandendriessche

Cold fermented and then held in a sealed refrigerator in S/S barrels for 18 months

Added back some of the frozen "press juice" to add a touch of sweet & fruit .
Just before bottling.
No malolactic - 30% whole cluster press.
Dry.
A 100 case project.

Slight malolactic -
100% whole cluster Press.
Dry.
A 180 case project.
